Best dealer experience I've ever had. I found the used car I wanted online, made the one hour drive immediately after talking with the internet manager. Extremely friendly, upfront, honest, and met my budget without arguing, manipulating, or acting like I was a dumb woman. What, a respectful car salesman? Yep. I was out of the dealer within 2-1/2 hours, and they provided two salesmen and an extra car so I could get both of my cars (new and old) home. All in 106 deg heat! Now that's service, truly.

These people need to give lessons to the rest of the car dealers in the world - how to make customers feel special, and develop that trust that is lacking elsewhere. I'd give them a 10 if I could!

If I were allowed to give a ten for price I would. I drove 133 miles to purchase a new GTI and I was not disappointed. I cannot imagine anyone disappointed purchasing a car from Parkway VW.

I bought my new VW Jetta earlier this month, and I am very happy with the service I received at Parkway Volkswagen. Everyone was very nice and helpful. One of the employees, Steven Dombrovsky, helped me a lot! He was great, and made me feel very good about my decision. He explained everything I needed to know, and helped me make a payment plan. I am very happy with my car and pleased with the service I received.

I bought my new VW Jetta at the end of December 2011 - I had a very pleasant experience with Parkway Volkswagon - everyone I dealt with was pleasant and experienced - got a great deal - had follow up calls from the manager and the service department - they did everything they said they would and in record time. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Parkway Volkswagen:
I live in El Segundo CA and was looking for a particular used vehicle for weeks. I shopped the local dealers and to my findings no one was able to produce the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed.

I found Parkway online and I called and spoke to Tom. I was completely honest with him on what I wanted and come to find out he was completely honest about what he could do! I only say that because from my experience some sales reps or dealership employees will say anything to get you in and then flip the script. 

I took the trip to Valencia saw the truck (very clean) met Tom, Dave(Sales Rep), Gloria (Admin) all very nice, professional and personable. Come to find out Tom was a man of his word and I bought the truck for the price I wanted. 

When it comes to buying cars in my opinion honesty goes a long way. If someone says they can or will do or get you something they should. Tom and Dave came through and would recommend them anytime!

We have been buying vehicles for a long time now and I have not remembered a time when it was this easy to buy a car! Manny was very helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We will definitely return here to buy our next car.

We were looking for a new Jetta and this was the second dealership we went to. We first went to the Volkswagen dealership in Van Nuys, and were treated so poorly that we almost didn't want to buy a Volkswagen anymore. Before we gave up, we stopped by the Valencia Volkswagen dealership and couldn't have been more satisfied with their customer service and how easy it was to buy a car. We left with our new Jetta and we are extremely happy... I definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and working with Tom Mergener.

Dave gave us the best price within seven other dealers and the "No Haggle" internet was very easy. They followed thru with the deal we had worked out over the internet with no changes. they didn't try to sell me something other than what i had come in to buy.
Dave, Manny and Ron along with everybody else were very friendly and there was no "hard Sell" from anybody. The deal and the financing went quickly and very easy.

We had an "Excellent" experience buying a new Golf from Parkway VW and would highly recommend them.

I was in the market for a new VW Bettle Convertable. I happened on this dealership via the Internet. From the time I sent my first email request to a buy it was less than 24 hours. My email request was returned within minutes. They followed up my email providing the price without any hassel. I have bought many cars via the Internet in the past but recently the Internet groups are less than honest with pricing. My visit at the dealership was as good as my Internet experience. Very good excellent team to work with. Happy to have bought from Parkway VW.

I am writing this review because of the superior service that I received. I found Parkway online and decided to give them a try after going to several dealerships. I was very pressed for time and I didn't want to spend all day at a car dealership. I wasn't going to sit still for alot of hassling and over prices. I told them what I wanted, they listened to me, didn't waste my time, and kept things moving along in a very productive manner. I'm a student in Med School, I live in the valley and really didn't want to make the trip to Valencia to go car shopping, but am I glad I did. Parkway was easy to find, and had a good selection of cars. Everyone I talked to was helpful, professional and I was able to get an answer to all of my questions. It was a very enjoyable experience all around. If you're looking for a new Volkswagen, I highly recommend Parkway.
